This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

According to the first information report the named accused person, including the petitioner, discriminately fired at the husband of the informant, who succumbed to the injuries. Submission is that co-accused, Dablu Mehta, has already been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 57103 of 2015 on 23rd February, 2016, and at the time of consideration of bail of Dablu Mehta this Court had considered the criminal antecedent of the victim and land dispute between the parties. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 26 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Ashok Kumar, II, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
