The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case under sections 3,4,5, and 6 of the Immoral Traffic Act. It is alleged that the police got information about the illegal activities going on in Prabha Rest House-cum-Marriage Hall and as such a raid was conducted and one Shatrughan Kumar and a girl Suman Kumari were apprehended from a room of the Rest house. It is alleged that the petitioner let out the room of the rest house for immoral traffic purpose and illegal activities. It is submitted that the petitioner is an Advocate and there is no material to show that the petitioner is involved in any immoral traffic act.

Having considered the fact that the Rest house of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51317 of 2014 (3) dt.22-06-2015 the petitioner was being used for immoral traffic act and a boy and a girl was recovered from the said rest house, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 628 of 214 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur. This application for grant of anticipatory bail, accordingly, is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Amin/- U
