The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No.744 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354(B), 379, 504, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that earlier two cases were filed against the petitioner by mother and aunt of the present informant as stated in paragraph-11 of the bail petition. It is submitted that the land of the petitioner is surrounded by the land of the informant and the informant is putting pressure upon

No.59435 of 2022(2) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 the petitioner to sell the said land to him and for this reason, the present case as well as cases mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition were lodged against the petitioner. It is lastly submitted that no person got any injury in the present case. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No.744 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
