Patna High Court CWJC No.15710 of 2022(4) dt.04-07-2023 2/2 petitioner informs this Court that substantial amount of dues on account of different heads of retiral benefits have been paid to the petitioner, however, certain dues still remain to be paid in view of the fact that similarly situated employee have already been granted relief as sought for by the petitioner in light of the order dated 08.05.2023 passed in CWJC No. 1484 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks to file detailed representation before the appropriate authority.

4. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the appropriate authority.

5. The Concerned authority is directed to dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
