JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-10-2018 Mr. Abhinav Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that at the relevant time when the writ petition was filed the petitioners were apprehensive of
Patna High Court CWJC No.18205 of 2012(12) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 adverse action. He submits that certain developments have taken place by now including bifurcation of the University rendering the present writ petition infructuous. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in the event the petitioners still have any substantial grievance on account of subsequent development, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to approach before the appropriate forum or Court for redressal of their grievance.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
