Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is own brother of the petitioner. Father of the informant had gone to attend the call of nature but did not return. On search his dead body was found. The informant suspected that petitioner must have killed his father as there is land dispute.

It is submitted that except suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner. Witnesses are hearsay witnesses and stated the same fact as disclosed by the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45487 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. K. Thakur, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015.
