Learned counsel for the respondent Corporation submits that Letter of Intent has already been issued in favour of Respondent No. 7 and the retail outlet is already operating at the advertised location and as such the writ petition appears to have become infructuous.

3. Be that as it may, in view of non-appearance of the petitioner to press the writ petition, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
