The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307, 504/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.272 of 2014 pending in the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

However, since the Petitioner claims that he is paralyzed, the Court below shall consider this aspect when he surrenders and on being satisfied shall pass appropriate order. (Anjana Prakash, J) JA/- U T
