2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur (Beloan) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018, F.I.R. dated 14.07.2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It appears from the record that the petitioner has earlier moved for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 53304 of 2018 which was rejected vide order dated 22.07.2019. 4.

Second anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
