====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 03-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State ;and the learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation, Muzaffarpur.

Petitioner is the wife of deceased employee of the Corporation who died in harness on the post of Assistant on 17.04.2008. The petitioner claims differentce of salary and unutilized leave in view of the pay revision. The petitioner has already represented before the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Muzaffarpur, which is at Annexure 1 to the writ application.

The present writ application is disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 1 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, as contained in Annexure 1 to the writ application, within a period of three months from the date of

Patna High Court CWJC No.19498 of 2016(2) dt.03-01-2019 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order. Any amount due to the petitioner would be paid within a period of one month thereafter. If certain amount is inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner through a speaking order by registered post.
