Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the said writ petition bearing CWJC No. 12788 of 2019 to its original file subject to removal of defects and deposit of a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Aid Committee. The restoration petition stands allowed on the aforesaid terms.
