The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.129 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a case and counter case and the injury attributable against the petitioner was caused on non-vital part of the body, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is
