ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 05-12-2025 Pursuant to the order passed in CWJC No. 3160 of 2022 dated 19.03.2024 by this Court, the Opposite Party has taken a stand that the Departmental Enquiry Committee has been constituted and the same vide letter dated 26.09.2024 (25.09.2024) (Annexure-R/A) has approved a deviation of -1.12% amounting to Rs. -3,28,000/-. Further, it is stated in the supplementary show cause filed by the Opposite Party No. 06

Patna High Court MJC No.2841 of 2024(11) dt.05-12-2025 2/2 that the petitioner was informed vide letter dated 16.10.2024 to execute a supplementary agreement which was not done by the petitioner.

2. Having regard to the same, the present MJC stands closed however, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 26.09.2024 (25.09.2024), if he is aggrieved by the same.
