JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with turkaulia P.S. Case No. 468 of 2012 registered for the offence punishable under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics and previous enmity. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41692 of 2017(3) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Turkaulia P.S.
