The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased, daughter of the informant, aged about 75 years, and she has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the deceased, daughter of the informant, was suffering from illness and she was

But with ulterior motive the informant lodged the present case. Moreover, Laukesh Kumar, husband of the deceased, is in custody. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
