2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 211 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 80, 3(5) of BNS and under Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 20.01.2025.

5. During investigation, it has come that the deceased has committed suicide on some trivial dispute.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 371 of 2025 arising out of Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 211 of 2024.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial by appearing personally on each and every date till the framing of charge. After framing of charge, the petitioner is directed to cooperate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
