2. Heard the parties.

3. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) For the issuance of writ probably of the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent authorities to comply with the order date 01.09.2022 passed in C.W.J.C No.-744 of 2018.

(ii) For directing the respondent authorities to provide assistance to the petitioner for the constructions of boundary over their land.

(iii) For directing the respondent authorities to remove the re-encroachment from the gairmajarua aam land bearing Khata no. 349, khesra(plot) no.526, Thana no.-07 Mouza-Dhakanpura situated adjacent to the petitioner's private land bearing Khata no.507, Plot no.-01, Thana no.-07, Mouza- Dhakanpura which was earlier removed on 29.08.2022 and 30.08.2022.

(iv) For granting any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be preferring a fresh petition before the newly added respondent no. 9 in next four weeks.

5. If the said petition is preferred within the time frame as undertaken by the petitioner, it shall be decided preferably by 31st March, 2026.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid observation.
