JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the state.

In light of the order dated 16.05.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17655 of 2008 the petitioner had made his representation before the authority for grant of ACP. The same has been rejected by assigning reason that the petitioner does not possess the requisite qualification for grant of ACP in as much as he has not passed the departmental examinations. Accordingly, the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1614 of 2015 dt.07-05-2018 2/2 No rejoinder has been filed by the petitioner. The submission made on behalf of the respondents therefore, appears to be admitted. Hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition is therefore, dismissed.
