The petitioner seeks bail in Jehanabad P.S. case No. 417 of 2016 under Section 25(1-b) a, 26/35 of Arms Act. The informant and other Constables raided the house of the petitioner and from the possession of petitioner one country made pistol and five cartridges were recovered. One broken rifle is also said to have been recovered.

It is submitted that petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months as he is in custody since 30.08.2016 and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51678 of 2016 (4) dt.02-03-2017 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 417 of 2016. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
