Mother of the petitioner was working as assistant teacher in Utkramit Madhya Vidyalaya, Jethuli, Patna. She died in harness on 29.5.2015. The petitioner, thereafter, applied for consideration of his case for compassionate appointment and the same is still pending.

Considering the object behind compassionate appointment to tide over the financial crisis, the Court directs

Patna High Court CWJC No.16336 of 2018(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 the respondents to take appropriate decision in regard to claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
