The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-consideration of his case for transfer in terms of the Transfer Rules 2012 which permits transfer on request. Considering the Scheme of Transfer Under the Statutory Rules which provide for transfer on request, the present writ application stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for transfer in terms of Rule 15 of the Transfer Rules, 2012 at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
