2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 504, 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per prosecution case , this petitioner is alleged to have caught the hand of brother of informant and other coaccused persons are alleged to have assaulted the the brother of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons and so far as this petitioner is concerned, he is only alleged to have caught the hand of brother of informant. There is

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. case No. 103 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
