Petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2016 in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B), 498(A), 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of murder on account of non fulfillment of dowry demand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the brother of the husband of the deceased and he has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. In fact, this petitioner has no concern with his brother-husband of the deceased as he lives separately. Case No. 07 of 2016.
