2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khesar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is suspected of having killed the deceased and has been named in the FIR.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material to connect the petitioner with the crime.

6. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayed for bail and has relied upon para 37 of the case diary in which the petitioner says that the petitioner had left

7. Considering the fact that there is no material against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Khesar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2025.
