Two country made pistols and three live cartridges kept in a bag are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner on the basis of his disclosure made before the police and it is alleged that the aforesaid pistols have been used in crime for which Mufassil P.S. Case no. 40/2015 has been registered.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera District Samastipur in Singhia P.S. Case no. 38/2015.
