2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 584 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are in custody since 06.08.2023 and there is recovery of 5 litres of country made liquor from their possession.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from their possession, this application for regular bail is allowed.
