Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 376, 511 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(i)(x)(xi) of S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities ) Act.

The informant alleged that petitioner entered into his house and made an attempt to commit rape with his wife. It is submitted that there is litigation between the petitioner and the informant. Petitioner is an old man aged about 40 years. Prior to lodging this case, petitioner filed Complaint Case no. 1524-C of 2015 against the informant Paras Manjhi and others. The informant lodged this case in order to save his own

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in jail for about two months, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Kumar Sudhanshu, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 156 of 2015.
