The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case no. 106 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354A, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that seven persons named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners, surrounded Rakesh Ranjan, who was returning in the night of 20.08.2016 after attending the call of nature at that time, petitioner No.1 Rambhu Ram @ Ram Babu Ram @ Rambhu Kr. Ram dashed his son Rakesh Ranjan catching his neck causing injury at his head, teeth and elbow. Thereafter, petitioner No.4 Suresh Ram@Suresh Kumar Ram also caused injury to him through 'Fatha'. At that time, petitioner No.5 Tribeni Ram and petitioner No.6 Ajai Ram@Navneet Kumar Ram snatched golden ornament from her neck. At that time, Uday Ram tried to unfold her clothes. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that admittedly hot talks and scuffle took place due to land dispute, but with ulterior motive, this false case has been lodged. The injuries found on the person of informant is simple in nature. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No.106 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
