Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Shashtri Nagar PS Case No. 264 / 2021 instituted for the offence under Sections 356 & 379 of the IPC.

As per the First Information Report while the informant came out from her friend's residence in order to collect some files kept in her car, two miscreants riding on a motorcycle snatched her golden chain and on protest assaulted the informant also.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion and they have not committed any offence in

She further submits that petitioners are not named in F.I.R. and they have not been put on Test Identification Parade. No looted and / or incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. They are in custody since 18-07-2021.

Regard being had to the submissions made by the parties, taking into consideration the fact that no looted and / or incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners, they are in custody since 18/07/2021 and charge sheet has already been submitted, and as such, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20000/- ( twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Patna in connection with Shashtri Nagar PS Case No. 264 / 2021.
