JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2017 This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to opposite party No.2 vide order dated 2.3.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.54423 of 2016 on the ground that mediation is pending between the petitioner and father-in-law of opposite party No.2. However, there is allegation of misuse of privilege of bail by opposite party No.2.

In such view of the matter and considering the fact there is no allegation of misuse of privilege of bail by the opposite party No.2, as such, I am not inclined to interfere with the order dated 2.3.2017 passed in the aforesaid case.

However, since mediation is pending, as stated above, as such, opposite party no.2 is also directed to appear before Mediation Board for settlement of dispute and co-operate in mediation.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
