The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Later of section 414 I.P.C. was also added.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report. On the basis of confessional statement of co-accused stolen motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 24.07.2013. Two criminal cases under section 379 and 414 are pending against the petiti0ner. Considering the fact that petitioner has already remained in jail for more than seven months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount
