JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 149 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. Petitioner has been implicated in this case falsely due to ulterior motive. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 14.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6904 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
