Petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.07.2016 in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 356 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 188, 308, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A)/54 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

12 litres country made liquor in six bottles was recovered from the possession of the petitioner on 25.07.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran, Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 356 of 2016.
