2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the sister of the informant was married with one Anil Singh on 23.06.2013, after marriage, her in-laws started torturing her for fulfillment of demand of dowry. The informant on 06.04.2023 came to know that the accused persons have killed the sister of the informant and made the dead body disappeared.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60548 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/3 case. Petitioner is the devar of the deceased. The allegation is general and omnibus in nature. The deceased was living separately with her husband having no concern with the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that after death of the deceased on information by the husband of the deceased family members of the deceased participated in her last rite and due to ulterior motive this case has been lodged. The husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of
