2. The petitioners have moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following relief:

"That is an application for quashing the order dated 07.05.2013 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Saharsa passed in G.R. No. 1108 of 2011 by which cognizance for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2285 of 2015(4) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 the offences under Sections 498-A, 376, 504/34 of the I.P.C. & Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act was taken by learned Magistrate. The case is pending in the court of Sri Ashutosh Kumar learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class at Saharsa."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application.

4. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
