The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 109, 170, 120 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 8/12 of Prevention of Corruption Act.

The informant, a Dy. S. P., alleged that huge quantity of country made liquor was recovered. The informant got information on his mobile that somebody wanted to meet him for some work. Vinay Sah and Durga Sah were arrested under the Excise Act and the petitioner and others had gone to get him released. It is alleged that petitioner and others offered bribe of Rs. 40,000/-. From the perusal of the FIR itself it appears that from whose possession the money was recovered has not been mentioned. The petitioner is in jail since 26.08.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
