2. The petitioners are in custody since 08.04.2015 in connection with P.S. Case No. 98 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 302 IPC.
3. It is submitted that even according to the First Information Report the petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and not the deceased. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioners have participated in the alleged occurrence and committed assault on the informant with 'farsa' and knife.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and participation of the petitioners with overt act of assault
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45829 of 2015 (3) dt.15-02-2016 attributed to them, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioners. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U T
