The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheriasarai (Benta O.P.) P.S. Case No.53 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-A) (1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Considering that petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2018 and the alleged pistol and the cartridges were not recovered from his personal possession, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai (Benta O.P.) P.S. Case No.53 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- (a) that the petitioner shall attend court in
