Through the instant appeal, the appellant has approached this Court against the order dated 23.10.2021 passed by the learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Sitamarhi in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 255 of 2021, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected. The allegation against the appellant is that he inflicted knife blow on informant's back and injured him. It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that appellant has been falsely implicated in this case and no case under the SC/ST Act is made out against him. Appellant has got clean antecedent.
