====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 17-03-2026 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to ventilate his

Patna High Court CWJC No.17571 of 2019(15) dt.17-03-2026 2/3 grievance by way of a representation to the respondents-Bank duly annexing the copies of the documents that he wants to rely on.

3. Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents-Bank as well as the respondents-LIC submit that they have no objection if the direction is given to the respondents-Bank to consider the said representation made by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the same, the petitioner is granted four weeks time to file a suitable representation before the respondent-Bank duly enclosing the copies of the documents that he wants to rely on. On receipt of the said representation, the authority shall duly consider the same in accordance with law and take necessary steps for processing the insurance claim of the deceased uncle of the petitioner under the P.M.J.J.B.Y. scheme.

5. The authority shall endeavor to complete the entire exercise as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation.

6. Any decision taken by the respondents-Bank shall be communicated to the parties.

7. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
