JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-04-2016 At the very outset, Sri Chandrakant, learned counsel for the Respondent/Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, submits that the case of the petitioner is pending before Hon'ble S.B.Sinha's Commission, as per direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The submission made by learned counsel for the Unviversity was not disputed by Sri V.N.Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Court is of the opinion that since the dispute, which has been raised in the present writ petition, is already pending before the aforesaid Commission, it would not be appropriate to keep the writ petition pending.
