The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Gopalganj Nagar P.S. Case No. 160 of 2017 registered under Sections 120B/302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been made accused in the case only on suspicion. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39918 of 2017 (3) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 160 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
