The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 439 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is a lady and there is no chance of her absconding.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
