Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 15.04.2022.

From perusal of trial court's report it appears that the case is pending at the stage of prosecution evidence and three witnesses have already been examined.

Considering the quantity of recovery, and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. As the petitioner is already in custody since, 29.04.2021, let the trail be concluded as early as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order.
