2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Section 341, 323, 307, 354(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Buxar(Ind) P.S.Case No. 165 of 2023.

3. As per allegation, the occurrence took place over a land dispute and thereafter the petitioners assaulted the informant and his family members, making them injured.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there was free-fight between the parties. There is case and counter case and petitioner no.1 has suffered grievous injury. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents. The allegation against them are general and omnibus.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Buxar in connection with Buxar(Ind) P.S.Case No. 165 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.
