Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 75839 of 2018, which was rejected vie order dated 18.01.2019 (Annexure-1).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that the co-accused with similar allegations has been granted bail vide order dated 24.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47534 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

No.58773 of 2019(4) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 286 of 2018.
