2. The present application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For directing the respondents to restrain the private respondent (respondent no.7) who is illegally and forcefully has encroached some part of the house of the petitioner by demolishing the wall of the house of the

(ii) For directing the respondents to stop/preclude the private respondent to not disturb the right, title and peaceful possession of the land of the petitioner in any manner.

(iii) For directing the respondents to provide adequate protection from the respondent no.7 from whom there is apprehension of life and liberty of the petitioner and his family.

(iv) For any other relief to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.

In view of the reliefs sought by the petitioner, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Khagaria, along with his representation about the illegal construction, etc. done by the respondent no.7 by demolishing the wall of his house. If such representation is filed before the Superintendent of Police, Khagaria, he will dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after examining the facts of the case and the allegations levelled by the petitioner. The entire exercise should be completed by the Superintendent of Police, Khagaria, within two months from the date of filing of representation.

4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application stands disposed of.

5. It is made clear that the Court has not applied its mind in the facts of the case.
