2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019.

3. At the very outset, this Court takes note of the averment made in paragraph-9 of the petition to the effect that the petitioner is a juvenile aged about 16 years,.

4. In this view of the matter, this petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner may approach the Juvenile Justice Board.
