The grievance of the petitioner is that his late father, who was a Government servant, has not been paid his entire dues, both pre and post retiral. It is submitted that the arrears, including GPF, difference on account of grant of 3rd ACP and differential amount of gratuity pursuant to such pay revision. Learned counsel for the State submits that the authorities have accepted the claim and actual payment shall also be made expeditiously. He submits that the Court may grant two months

Patna High Court CWJC No.15904 of 2015 dt.20-08-2016 2/2 time so that the authorities can ensure actual payment. In view of the fair stand taken on behalf of the State, the Court is inclined to grant time sought for by learned counsel for the State.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents no. 2 and 4 to ensure that such payment is made within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before them.

The petitioner may also file a representation before the concerned respondents, along with a copy of this order, if there is any discrepancy with regard to the remaining payment.
