JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2022 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievances of the petitioner has stood redressed during the pendency of the present writ petition, however, liberty is sought on behalf of the petitioner to raise his subsisting grievances, if any, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with
